Can anyone out there tell me if we need to have our updated documents/photos of the kids notarised like the first lot???
Only, I was hoping to send everything off tomorrow, but just got this thought that I might have missed something... (it didn't mention anything in our 90-day letter)

Hi Katiemoon

For what it is worth we never got anything notorised.....some do some don't. If you have already had your stuff notorised, then you should be able to send the update, as they can check the validity against the notorised copies they already hold. This is the logical approach....however sometimes CHC are not at all logical in their approach.....so either chance it....after all they can ask for notorised copies if they do want them............or.......have it all notorised anyway.

I'm going to chance sending the stuff without notarising as everything is exactly as previous except the kids are 2.5 years older!!

As we recall, and as per the earlier respondent, we also never had any documents notarised at all, in either the original or the updated documentation and all worked out fine.
