Hi,

Trying to upload the form for my study permit, however I keep getting the error as shown in the screen shot. I've try starting again and going through the form multiple times but can't see any reason for it not to upload successfully as per this error. Does anyone know what the common reasons for issues with uploading of forms??

I don't know specifically about uploading this file but when I was doing all of our PR forms I had to change browsers a couple of times.

I think it doesn't like chrome for some reason. Try firefox?

I can't imagine since I did ours the forms are any easier to work with. So frustrating... it can also crap out when you are almost done and save nothing you have already typed.

Yeah, soooo frustrating! I've just tried Firefox and unfortunately still no luck

Cleared the cache before trying again?

Yep, although trying it through various different browsers should negate that as have specially installed Safari and Opera in the hope it was a browser thing and still no luck.

How large is the file?

Format?

Have you tried saving as a smaller PDF?

Is that error actually the file or a question or box you've not answered or ticked? CIC web forms have a 'habit' for losing answers on forms between saves....

File is 540kb in size as a PDF. Looked through the form and not found any blank answers that could be causing the issue

Yep looks to have been an IT error as the form has now successfully uploaded. Thanks for all the posts everyone, you're all very much appreciated!
