Default Universtiy Sealed Envelopes

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply for immigration to canada under skilled labour section. Currently I am studying in Canada doing my MBA. I am from India.

While filling the form I came across two questions of which I am not clear can any one of you help me answering

1) As I am currently in Canada I have all my original transcripts along with me. But when I was checking the requirements in the application form they required applicant to send the transcripts in the university sealed envelopes? Can you please tell me how is it possible for me to get the transcript in a university sealed envelope as you the education system in India..they do not have a database as the unviersities in north america has? Now how do I proceed

2) There was another field where in they require company sealed...on the experience letter. Now the company for which I worked do not have the policy of using companies stamp on any of the documents. Please advice how do I overcome these two problems
