i actually wrote to them and they emailed me!!!
it was dated 24th jan 2006 and i sent the request (asking about how to withdraw) at the very end of december.
the email address on my print off.
i sent my actual letter to withdraw on 19th march.
[email protected]
do not regret it as yet, butnever imagined they would agree to all fees.
