Travel while sponsoring
Hello, I am a PR who is sponsoring his wife from China. The process
has only just started but a question has arisen...
Am I allowed to travel during the processing of my wife's PR
application and my sponorship for business or aother purposes. This
would include a brief trip to the US as well as a longer business trip
to Asia.
My only residence is in Canada (apartment, banks, credit, car,
insurance and all) so I don't see an issue with that aspect. However I
have recently been told by someone that my body must inside Canada for
the entire time of processing. If true this could cost me some money
in lost business.
Any help appreciated.

Re: Travel while sponsoring
Only lengthy absences might cause a problem.
