Hello,
I know this has arisen in the past, but it seems conflicting opinions have been given. I went to a Universty here in the UK, the examining body and University say they do not give a transcript for my Diploma but the Uni are prepared to write a letter to this effect and enclose a copy of my 'mark sheet' both with University seal on them in a sealed envelope.
Will this do?
