Default Transcript of Original degrees- Can some one and help what this means

Dear All

I have come across the requirement of providing original transcript of
all degrees in university sealed envelope- I have not followed this
fully- can some one help

I would be producing notorized copy of all mine and my spouse degrees
alongwith official translation wherever required i.e if not written in
english-
so what is this additional rqmnt of providing transcript in university
sealed envelope- pls adv

University sealed transcripts are required for one reason - to reduce the
flood of fake education credentials being submitted. You must submit them.

The way you would go about doing this is by contacting the relevant educational institutions and advise them to mail your "Official Transcripts" to the concerned office/organization or individual. Hope this helps.

Singapore office states clearly that transcripts should be submitted with the application (in University-sealed envelope). It seems that mailing transcripts to the concerned office/organization or individual from the institutions may risk refusal of application. Is it true?
