Default today's new regs - education points - confusing!

I have 13 years schooling plus 2 completely separate one year full time college
courses with (obviously) 2 separate lots of professional certificates to match.

The wording in the tables is very ambiguous - example:

-snip- A two-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 14 years
of full-time or full-time equivalent study -end snip-

Does this mean 14 years of study total - including the two which got the mentioned
diploma - or does it mean 14 years plus the 2 that got the diploma - 16 yrs total?

Disregarding the secondary school 5 points, do I get 15 or 20 points?

Does it mean that one of my years education is disregarded (13 yrs plus 1yr diploma)
or do I fall short on the 2 yr diploma or alternatively with 15 yrs total do I get
22 points?

BJ

You don't have any 2 year diploma - you have 2 separate 1 year diplomas. It seems
that you'll get 15 points for education.
