Dear Mr Miller and experts.

We are immigrant since july 2001. we would like to apply for PR card
for travelling outside canada and to re enter.Our Q are:
Q1. Would the PR cards come automatically or we have to apply for it.
Q2. whats the procedure to apply.
Q3. How much time it take to receive after applying.(very important)

Mr Miller please give your expert advise.

Andrew Miller

First of all you must apply for PR Card in Canada - you cannot do it where you
are right now.

Second - PR Card will have to be picked up by yourself from CIC office in
Canada after issued. Look for more info and application kit here:

Third - Nobody knows yet how long process will be for those who landed before
June 28, 3003 as such process didn't even start yet.

You must aply for the card see CIC website for full info.

No body knows even Andrew Miller as nobody ahs applied yet. If you are
travelling soon and wil be returning before the end of 2003 you do not
require a PR Card.
