Are these informations correct? Pls Answer
Hi Folks,
I have some information, and I really cannot find anything about it,
so I would like to learn if they are correct or not?
I am a Romanian citizen. I have gotten an information that if I
establish a company in the USA, I can after register it in Canada
under the program Extra Provincial Registration, and trough this way I
can be a holder of a temporary stay permit in Canada, and a legal work
permit holder wich allows me to work in my company only. Is it true or
not???

Re: Are these informations correct? Pls Answer
Not really. It doesn't matter if you register your Romanian based or US
based company as extra-Provincial corporation or if you incorporate brand
new independent company in Canada - none of those actions in itself will
provide you with work permit or "temporary stay permit". I suggest you check
with CIC website to see what are the requirements for any kind of Canadian
visa or permit.

If the process of acquiring a Work Permit was that simple we would be over
run with persons doing that. Basically I think that you are saying that you
could transfer your self to Canada as an intercompany transfereee and
thereby work in Canada. In theiry it may work but in pracise it will not. If
it sounds too good to be true ............. it isn't!
