So when I get to Canada If I am already a student or become a student before
I get married I can stay there as long as I stay legal. and then they will
extend my status as long as I maintain the truth. I appreciate this info
and I if I keep Visitor Status how often can I go and come before the
marriage and how long do I have to stay away before I can start another 6
month Status.

If you are going to apply from within Canada then it is really in your best
interests not to leave until youhave at least been approved in principal. If
you leave then you will have to come back through immigration again and
explain your situation again and the more time syou do that the more you
risk running into the immigration officer in a bad mood who just decides to
deny you entry and then thats the end of that plan.
So when you go make sure you have all the documentation etc you need to
apply and then go just before you get married, get married then apply for PR
inland.
If you are entering as a student they only really expect you to leave the
country around school holiday type times i think and re enter before new
semesters start.
If you can get a student visa for your whole course of 3 or 4 years at a
university then you should eaily become a PR before that is finished and
once you are a PR you no longer need the student visa.
You shouldnt try and renew yoru stay by leaving and re entering, you should
send off for a proper visitor visa extension.
