Telephone/internet tree, can't get ahold of the first branch
I have already had alot of fun naivigating the circular webistes that
make up www.cic.gc.ca
The thing is that dont actually tell you if you can mail your
application directly to Bogota, and on the Bogota website you get
forwarded to guess where, www.cic.gc.ca
