Hello everybody,
Can I send my Immigration file without my Transcripts and later on
whenver i receive them , I 'll send them to the Buffalo office
seperatly? I been waiting for my University to issue me those
transcript for more than 3 months and still haven't got them yet.

Include an explanation of the absence of the transcripts, and an
indication that they will follow immediately upon availability. The visa
office should accept the application in the absence of such under the
circumstances.
