SW POF - joint account Q
Hi all,
My bf will be applying for a skilled worker visa. I am not included on the application (due to us not being common law). As we have been a couple for some time, our savings are in a joint account.
The bf is worried that there might be some hassles with his application if the POF is from a bank savings account held jointly with someone not on the application. Could anyone advise further?
If we do have to move the money into an account in his name only, will there be any futher issues to do with the account only having been recently opened?
The application will be lodged in Sydney, if that will be of consequence.
