Student visa budget
I heard from a local student that he got his Canadian visa on the basis of
only $ 10,000 in his bank in India and a $ 2000 course fee receipt from
Toronto.
Is this something for the Guiness Book of Records?

No, not really. What is your real question? For student visas you only need to show funds for one year. You really shouldn't have your full email, telephone and address posted on the forum unless you want to be targeted with junk mail and telemarketers.
