Default Status of Permanent Resident of Canada in US after March 17, 2003 ... HELP ME!!!

http://www.usembassycanada.gov/conte...rements_021803

Reference to the above link, I would like to note that I am a
Permanent Resident of Canada, a landed immigrant, since January 2000
and still holding an Indian Passport.

I entered in the United States of America, before March 17, 2003, as a
permanent resident of Canada under visa waiver program (i.e., without
any visa stamped on my passport).

Further to the above public announcement, all landed immigrants in
Canada seeking to enter the United States as non-immigrants must
possess a valid passport and non-immigrant visa in order to enter,
would anyone please advise me about my status right now. Also, I would
like to know what will happen at the US/Canadian border when I return
back to Canada.

Thank you and best regards,
VVK

This is your third post of the very same question that has already been
answered the first time you posted it. You won't get any different answers
by reposting same question over and over again.
