Status changing - Study to Worker permit

Status changing - Study to Worker permit
Hi guys,
I have a Work permit of my wife's Study permit, and my kids have Study permit too (all of our visas are because we are accompanying my wife). I got a BC PNP nomination for Skilled Worker, but because we already extended my wife's Study permit until November 2021, I didn't receive the Work Permit Support Letter from BC PNP.
So, I would like to change my wife's status to Worker as well, because she doesn't want to go back to school. My question is, how can I change her status from Study to Worker?
