Default Spouse sponsorship HELP!

Hi all,

I am preparing documents to begin a sponsorship process for my wife who is
overseas right now.
I am Canadian citizen and live in Canada. There is a couple questions I am
confused with.

1. Do I have to attach the original marriage certificate "as is" if it's
written in language other than English?
Or I have to translate and legalize it for use in Canada through the
embassy and Ministry of Foreign affairs?
2. The same question about the police certificate.

Thank you in advance,
Victor

They both have to be translated and Notarized by a lawyer, who will stamp the copies to show they are a copy of the original.

Good luck

Right on! Both have to be in either of the official languages.
