Sponsoring the relatives
Hi,
I'd like to sponsor my sister, seems like she meets all the requirements: under 19
years, unmarried but she is not an orphan, which is a third requirement. Is there any
chance to get approved in this case, the independent immigration won't help because
she is a student, does not have an occupation and experience
Thanks
Dmitry

Re: Sponsoring the relatives
Unfortunately, you cannot sponsor your sister in the circumstances you describe.

Re: Sponsoring the relatives
Not a chance, sorry.
But you may sponsor your parents and if she is under 19 (under new law under
22) then she will be included in your parents' application as a dependent child.
