Hi there:
I am in the process of sponsoring my fiancee who is now living in Europe - Poland.
I have already been approved by the Mississauga office and the first part of the
process is complete. I have received a package of forms form Canada Immigration which
my fiancee will fill out and submit to an embassy in Poland.
Here are my questions:
#1 - After she has filed the documents and while we are waiting for an
answer from the embassy in Poland can she come and stay with me in Canada as
a Visitor?
#2 - When/if my finacee is granted the Visa will she be required to go
back to Poland to do her medical tests and/or an interview? Can these be done
in Canada?
#3 - Will she have to go back to Poland at all before her visa is
granted?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Joseph,
I'm currently researching the questions similar to yours. I will keep you updated on
the answers I receive. Meanwhile, you may want to write your questions to your local
(Mississauga) office, get it straight from the source.
regards, -Rudy

If she can get or has a visa for Canada she can come at any time as a visitor. If she
does not have a visa chances are she wil be refused one, now that she is an intending
immigrant.

She will likely be invited for an interview.
Unfortunately you are getting ahead of yourself in tis case as she probably wont get
a visitor visa but miracles do happen.
