Default sponsor my parents by Humanitarian and Compassionate case

Hi, I have a question of sponsor my parents to immigrate to Canada. They are in Canada now on a visitor visa. Can I apply a Humanitarian and Compassionate case for them? They are more than 60 years old and I am the only kid of them and my father is not in good health.
Thank you in advance!

You may try but the reality is that H&C grounds for parents are rarely granted - majority of such applications are refused, unless parents' return to home country will endanger their lives (war torn countries, etc.). Poor health may make your parents inadmissible anyway.
