Default SPAM from WebImmigration

Guys, This immigration consulting firm has tried to spam me again - to two of my
email addresses. I have never subscribed to their email list because I don't need it.
I have two issues with this kind of solicitation
1) If I was an applicant - I would be hesitant..because with my money at stake, I
will be doing due diligence in selection of a lawyer and applicant and I will be
more interested in going with lawyers/consultants of repute
(Mr. Cohen, Mr. Miller, Mr. Humphries etc.) who have helped thousands of immigrants.
2) As a Canadian Citizen - I don't need this. Hello Mr. Jefferson/ Ms. Chen/ Mr. ???
C/O WebImmigration - can you stop collecting all the email addresses from fellows
who have been kind enough to post their experience on this newsgroup and using
them for your mass mailing ? Good Luck to All who are in process - Canada is a
great place.

FREE ASSESSMENT To ensure every application is assessed fairly, the Act includes
measures to ease the transition from the rules in effect under the old Immigration
Act of 1976 to those under the new Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Transition
Rules Whether a skilled worker is assessed under the former Immigration Act or the
new selection criteria and pass mark depends on when the immigration application was
submitted and a selection decision received:
- a skilled worker who applied on or before December 31, 2001, and who has not
received a selection decision by June 28, 2002, will continue to be selected
under the old criteria and pass mark until March 31, 2003. Such applicants
who have not received a selection decision prior to March 31, 2003 will be
subject to the new selection criteria and a more generous transitional pass
mark of 70 points;
- a skilled worker who applied after December 31, 2001, and who has not received
a selection decision by June 28, 2002, will, as of that date, be assessed
according to the new criteria and a pass mark of 75 points. An applicant may
withdraw an immigration application if it has not passed through the
preliminary evaluation (paper screening). At the same time, the applicant may
request a refund of the fee paid for the assessment of the application. The
request for a refund must be made through the visa office where the
application was submitted.
