SOWP what can I not do?
We are here on my husbands temporary work permit and I have a spousal work permit. Am I allowed to work from home selling legit items on the Internet?
I Would like to know before I start any home business. Also am I allowed to sell Avon, candles? That kind of thing? Or do we need permanent residency?

Yes you can do all those things. You are restricted from working in occupations that require a medical such as health services, daycares or teaching in schools.

Yes. Knew I couldn't work with kids or in the health industries, just didn't know if it extended to opening your own home based business?
