Skilled Workers
I am writing on behalf of a friend who is a Computer Engineer in Nigeria and he
had initially wanted me to try and help him get a Visa into the US but this was
unsuccessful and I suggested he try Canada since it has a more liberal
immigration policy.
On there page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/assess/index.html there is a link
to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled.../Education.asp but it will not open.
Does anyone here know where I can find the immigration basement test?
