Question Sending passport to buffalo -couple of questions

good day folks!

I am sending my passport to buffalo for stamping and have following questions:

1.Is it mandatory to send Passports by USPS only? Or can i use FEDEX or UPS

2.Intially i planned to land in Toronto and now i have plans towards vacouver ,BC.Do i need to inform them now or it'doesn't matter we can land where ever we like?

3.I have 2 passports(one expired, one new one).the expired have visa.Do i need to send both passports or new one is enough.

4.any other reminders before i send

Please advise.

1. I don't know
2. You can land any where except Quebec. You don't have to inform them.
3. You didn't let buffalo know that you renewed your passport? I was advised in the past that I should send Buffalo copies of my renewed passport. I'm curious to see what the experts say here.

When I sent my application, I only sent my valid passport information. I'm not sure why you even bothered sending the information of your expired passport.

I would wait for one of the experts to advise you on this. Good luck
