Self Assessment Worksheet: Points rquired?

Hi
I am a little confused about the points requirement. At one point the guide for
independent applicants states "You must have at least 70 points to qualify." Later it
states that you must have 70 points to pass to the interview stage and on the next
sentence says that you must have at least 60 points for your application to be processed.
I calculate my score to be 64. Does this mean that I will be called for an interview to
see if I get another 6 points to make 70, or have I failed already?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If an applicant does not score 60 points at the time of paper screening, the case may be
refused without an interview. A case that does score 60 or more will be convoked for a
selection interview with a Canadian immigration official. At such time, you may be able to
gain the additional points required to exceed the minimum requirement of 70 points.
