Seeking for advice
Am a single mom of two. I am the only gurdian of them from the very
beginning. Now, am in process of finalizing my application to canada.
We tried to live with the father but the marriage last for very short
periode. He left us. We tried to get hold of him could not manage. Now
I have divorce and custody from court. The court stated that my Ex. is
not availabe.
What I need to know is, Why am I not allowed to immigrate with my
children? Please advise what I must do?
