Seattle processing times

Seattle processing times
I can only find processing times for Buffalo on the CIC website. Does Seattle have a time frame for PR application completion?
Our file (AINP application) was transferred in October 2011 to Seattle to expedite processing. The 90 days are up next weekend (time frame in which we were told not to contact them), the whole process so far has been 14 months- the time frame noted for Buffalo.

1. The processing times for Seattle are not broken out from Buffalo. Note that it is 80% processed in 14 months.

We are now into the 15th month.
No replies from an e-mail to Seattle sent 9 days ago.
Why should it be so long AAARRRRGGGHHHHHH
I know some people have been waiting longer with differing methods to gain PR. I feel for all of us. Hoping we all hear something soon

The processing time for Buffalo has now been increased to 15 months.
