Sealed envelope!
I just got my transcript from my University. It is a closed university envelope but there's no stamp on it. Do I have to send it to them again to stamp it?

Another University told me that they do not issue a second transcript. If I loose the original one, I have to make a General diary, publish it to newspaper that I have lost the original one and then they will issue a second one. I wonder how people from my country apply for Immigration!
