Hi,
can you please tell me what is the difference between Record of landing and
Immigration visa ? I only received my record of landing - is this the same as
immigration visa ?

Yes, that is your "Landing document" It entitles you to reside in Canada. When you
land, the immigration office who does your landing will staple it inside your
passport. Don't lose it. If you do, it needs to be replaced and it's not much fun
replacing it. I can tell you that from experience.
