Default Is this right? Help with fingerprints..

I want to make sure I've got this right so I don't cost myself some serious days if I screw it up. I'm a US citizen immigrating to Canada under spousal sponsorship with my newlywed wife. Tell me if this is right...

I've sent my fingerprints to the FBI in West Virginia. I'm getting my medical done in Toronto next week. I've got my 9 photos for immigration and meds. I've got all my marriage certificates and stuff sooo...

I put my package together for spousal sponsorship and my package for immigration and send them off at the same time..I can pay for them online..THEN..I get a case number and send more fingerprints to RCMP (because I've been in Canada on a visitors visa for 3 months). They send the clearance to immigration when they've cleared it.

IS THAT RIGHT? I just wanna be sure I've got a hold on this.

PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong because I'm going ahead with this thing soon.

Thanks,
Trey
