When we were putting our documents together to get Work Permits over 2 years ago, we had to sign the above declaration (at a Solicitor's in the UK).
Now we're applying for PR in Canada. Can we use the same declaration or do we need to go get a new one signed?
Many thanks.

I'd get a new one signed. CIC likes to see recent documents. No point risking having your application returned or rejected because you didn't bother to update a form.
In all likelihood, the form itself has changed from two years ago anyway.
Better safe than sorry.

We put both in our PR application. A copy of the old one sent with a WP application and an original new one.
Bonus, found muncipal commissar of oaths was free as the purpose was for CIC.
