Hello,

I searched this group about medical examination of babies, and found the relative
information. Still I have some questions to ask, i hope someone can answer.

1. You need to send the copies of birth certificate and passport along with photos
to get medical papers of the baby. Is there any other immigration form to be
sent to them ?

2. How many photos of baby should be sent to canadian embassy ?

3. Baby's photo should also fulfill the same criteria as for an adult, like dimension
of photographs and white background etc. or there is something different for
babies, or just any photo will work ?

4. How much time it takes to get medical papers for babies after sending them
required documents when parent's medical is already cleared ?

5. How much time it will take to get landing papers after the medical of baby when
parent's medical is already done and only thing left was baby's medical ?

I can help you with my experience:

We had our baby on 01/30/02, we sent a fax to buffalo, after 2-3 weeks they send us that they want a copy of the baby's birth certificate, 65$ fee, 4 passport size photos (we have just gone to the photographer and asked for passport size photos,so we send them as they are and it did work)...
and they want you to send them a copy of the baby's passport when it is available.

We send everything (but not the passport, cause it will take 3 months until the baby will be able to have one in the US) .
After 2 months, we recieved the baby's medical exam form.
The baby undergo the medical exam right away, until now we have not recieved anything.
