required documents
Hello to everyone,
Could anyone answer the question?
I do intend to live in Winnipeg as a friend of mine lives there and
can help me to settle there.
Question regarding documents required to do the first part of
submiting Manitoba Provincial Nominee application to Manitoba Labour
and Immigration. As it is written in the instruction it's not
required even original photos(only photocopis of it).
Can I sent just copies of notarized translated documents (diploma,
born certificate, etc) and later, if approved send originals to CIC
office
or do I need to have 2 original notarized translated documents 1 for
Manitoba Provincial Nominee, second for CIC office?
Thank you.

Re: required documents
Read the instructions in the application kit carefully, and the document checklist. Only photocopies of all documents including the job offer need to be sent. Even passport photos are just photocopies.
later..if approved for a nomination certificate... London's checklist specifies that all copies of documents be notarized (by a notary public)
originals you always keep and only may be asked for in an interview, or request in writing if there is any doubt about their reliability.
Do you have a job offer or relative in Manitoba? otherwise there is no chance of nomination
