Default Renewing/Extending TWP

We need to do this asap. What is the procedure? Do the company need to apply for another LMO?

Also, if we get approved for an extension do we need to go to St Stephen and flagpole??

Many thanks in advance.

Amy

This is the link you need:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...end-worker.asp

If you needed an LMO initially, then your company will most likely have to reapply.
