Default regarding CAIPS!!!

Hello Mr Miller and experts,

I wish to get a copy of my CAIPS file with interpretation for purpose
of immigration interview. Is it possible only by ordering the file
through this firm as outlined in www.caips.ca.

CAIPS FileCheck
The Bainbridge & Boston Co., Ltd.,
BOX 317, Salt Spring Island
British Columbia
V8K 2V9
CANADA

Are there other means to get this file? Mr Miller, could you get this
file on my behalf. If so, how could I reach you.

Thanks,

Using service of the company you mentioned is just one of many ways to obtain
CAIPS file. But a full interpretation of such and any recommendations can
really be made after CAIPS file is fully analyzed with the entire application
package. Anyone trying to "interpret" CAIPS file and officer's notes without
knowing all details of the case is really providing a rather poor service.

You may contact me directly - just send me email to my address below. Make sure
that you follow simple instructions and delete words REMOVE from my email
address before hitting "Send" button.

It depends from what kind of access to files will be requested in the
application.

There are many different options when requesting access to files - asking just
for the CAIPS printout is one of such. You may ask for full access to the file,
including copy of entire file (not only simple CAIPS printout) and such will
affect processing time as your file would have to be pulled out of the process
to fill your request.

If a person is requesting only the CAIPs notes, then there is no effect on
the processing since the notes are printed off the computer record and then
reviewed for exemptions.

Yes, it is correct and it has been stated by many (including myself) in this
