really need help
Does anyone have this experience?
I applied March 2002, and got initial assessmet May 2003 with interview waiver and medical forms and requirement of updated documents. I sent all documents they asked and fingerprints in May, did medical check in July. But today, I got a letter that asked me to fill in new forms IMM0008. What is the matter? Why they did not ask to do so in the initial assessment? and after 7 months they restarted my case? Can anyone tell me what the point is?
Thanks,
A sad man

New documents extra evidence etc. etc. can be asked for pretty much anytime
during the process.
Nothing to worry about.

Re: really need help
Your original documentation is getting stale (NOT your fault, theirs) so
theyare simply asking for new ones.

Re: really need help
Thanks Jim and Robert,
What I am worring about is that this might prolong my case processing. Two years' waiting seems not enough.
