hi there was just wondering would it be worth sending of for caips notes or would it be to early any help appreciated.

HI There,
I am going to probably sound really nieve, but can someone tell me about caips. Where do you get it? My understanding was that you could only get caips from outside Uk. Please someone let me know, i have just been called for an interview, and everyone is telling me to look at my caips. Application skilled worker in Uk.
