can anyone in the forum please tell me what does ' Rasolzadeh Class action ' mean & what are its implications on the immigrations from New Delhi under the independant category. Kindly respond please.

Did you apply before 01/01/02 and no decision as yet? Then see:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/mandamus/index.html otherwise it doesn't effect you.

Dear PMM or any one who knows about Rasolzadeh Class action.
Thanx for your reply, I got a notice from the consulate as being part of the affected category for the Rasolzadeh Class action. what is the implication of this notice please.
I had filed in July-2000 for immigration from New Delhi under independent category & got a Interview waiver in July-2004. I am waiting for my medicals which I should have recd.by now.
Please guide me as to how the new twist will affect my case. The notice was sent by 'OPERATIONAL CO-ORDINATION & POLICY LIAISON/SELECTION' ONTARIO. Please help.
