Default Quick Question - IMM 5406 Section C

Hello,

I'm just finishing my quadruple check of my forms while waiting for some bits to come back before I send this all off.

On this section, "Brothers and Sister" - Do I need to put in the details of my deceased brother? I think I left it blank because he is deceased, but I am worried I should put details there and then in "Address" put Deceased?
Or do I just leave it blank? I only had one brother, no sisters or other siblings

Thanks

Don't think you need to include deceased relatives.

Include all relatives including your deceased brother and put "Deceased on 'Date'" in the address section.

Well on IMM 5645 form for relatives, it says Present address and then in brackets it says (If deceased give city and date)

I know its a different form but I would put the city and date just to be safe.

THank you both. I've just got my new ACRO check back as I came in the door tonight, so will re-do that form, get my double checking done again and get myself to the post office in Saturday Morning...
