Default Quick question!

Hi, I am currently scanning all of the evidence I have to support my relationship with my common law partner and was wondering, do I send originals of things like:

-Letters between us
-Birthday/Valentines cards
-Utility Bills
-Car Registrations etc.
-Cell Phone Bills

My plan was to send scans of everything except the greetings cards which I was going to send the originals (they send them back right?)

Most of our travel stuff is email confirmations so that's easy, I can just print them.

I am reading the checklists and it doesn't explicitly say originals or not (that I can see) .. although I seemed to have found a couple of different check lists for the common law sponsorship, one says I need to send my birth certificate too??

Thanks!

I wouldn't send any original documents, cards or what ever. I don't know about other people but CIC didn't return anything that I submitted to them in evidence.

Scan it all!

We scanned everything - cards, marriage stuff (wedding venue contracts, etc) and all the rest - nothing original. Figured if they wanted original, they'd ask for it.
