I am a self-employed contractor with Saputo as a web developer. I have worked here for since Aug 2007 when I was on Co-op work permit. After Co-op I got my degree in April 2008. I have continued my job as the same position.

Now I have one year working experience and General IELTS 5.5. I want to apply for skill-worker. Am I eligible for federal skill worker? Am I eligible for arranged employment?

My friend told me I need a offer from my current employer. What kind offer? I want a simple If any one has it. What else do I need.
