question for Q.5 in Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM 5540)

Q.5 Are you currently employed?

Yes and I give the compagny address. However it does not ask for the Postal
Code. Should I enter the Postal code or leave it out? If enter then which
field should I enter into?

THe postal code is part of the address, so put it in.
