There are 2 options - one is to apply in the Independent or Business category and the
other one is to be sponsored by fiancée or spouse. When sponsored as a fiancée you
must marry your sponsor within 90 days from landing in Canada. Also as you mentioned
in your earlier post your girlfriend just returned to Canada, so she may not qualify
financially yet to sponsor a fiancée. More information you'll find here:
