Default Question for experts, Quebec immigrant

Hi, I'm new immigrant to Quebec, I got my CSQ as skill worker from Quebec
and Visa. my destination city is Montreal which I claimed in apply form .
Now I'm preparing one short term trip to Canada, ten days at most, will
live in toronto and montreal . Because I will go back to my country after
this trip, So next time ,I have to present my maple card to enter Canada .
I heard that usually it takes 3 weeks to get the maple card. the office will
send you the maple card by mail. I have 2 friends who live in toronto and
montreal, but the friend who live in montreal is considering moving home
recently. so he may not receive any mail after moving.

My question is :
1) Should I give the office an address in Quebec? the office only accept
the address in Quebec?
2) If I provide an address in toronto to immigrant office, whether they
will deny my apply for maple card, cause I'm immigrant of Quebec.

Anyone can help? Thanks.

Singh, Thank you very much. It seems that I should give them an adress
in Quebec. If the adress is not in montreal but in Quebec, Hull, etc. does
it work?

Best Regards

Last time i checked, Hull/Quebec are in 'La Province du Quebec', so
this is of course acceptable.
