Question for AndrewMiller and PMM
You mentioned in another message posted here that post-grad employments are not considered as arranged employments. I thought that it could be the case when the applicant is currently working in Canada, have a work permit valid for a year and the employer wants to hire the employee on a permanenet basis. So I have three questions related to that:
1) What happen if the employer states that they want to hire the applicant on a permanent basis after approval and the work permit is valid for a year, it's still not considered as a job offer? Why it doesn't apply
2) Can it be counted as work experinece?
3)What about co-op jobs, can they be counted as years of work experience.
Thanks
S.

Re: Question for AndrewMiller and PMM
It doesn't count as it is not HRDC approved work permit.
You will have to have new, permanent job offer with positive opinion from HRDC.
Yes, it will qualify as work experience in Experience factor as long as it is in skilled occupation.
