Question about IMM0008 generic form
I was getting familiar with the forms to bring my fiancé to Canada,
The IMM0008 form ask about info on the family members (even if they are not
sponsored and immigrating) But in my future spouse's case her both parents
are deceased and the only relatives living are an uncle and a grand mother.
do the CIC wants the deceased family members too? what is the scope for
family members Parents, siblings or Grand parents, uncles, aunts too?
thank you for the clarification

Re: Question about IMM0008 generic form
on the main imm0008 form "family members" are only the people in your family
you are sponsoring. So in this case it would be your spouse.
There is another form called "additional family information" that will ask
about your spouses realtives, but only for their names, addresses, date of
birth. There is space to write if they are deceased. That information is
purely so they can establish her family situation and for future referance
if she decides to sponsor a family member in the future.
