A question about BC PNP - Contradicting info on the Web pages
This question is about the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program's
Web-information
On the page:
http://www.mcaws.gov.bc.ca/amip/pnp/index.htm
in the brochure:
"British Columbia's Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Brochure"
under the paragraph:
Page 2 - HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
I read the following
"In the Business Skills and Projects categories, potential immigrants
and their family members may apply directly to the B.C.Provincial Nominee
Program."
But on the same web-page I read:
Remember: It is the employer who submits an application on your behalf.
You cannot apply directly to the program.
There is some contradiction here - or it is me... can someone figure it out?
I used the last three night to read through all the PDF's and pages and got
many good info, but the big question is still remains.
Can I as a privat person apply or not.
Thanks in advance
Tamas

Re: A question about BC PNP - Contradicting info on the Web pages
There is nothing conflicting there - you simply misunderstood the program.
BC PNP applies to 2 separate groups - one group are people in Business class
where applicant applies directly for the nomination. The other one is for
Skilled Workers in selected fields with critical shortage of workers - in
this group it is the employer who applies for nomination.
