Hi,
My wife works as business development executive for an India based company. We are in US and i am on H-1B. She is on H4 Visa. But she works from home fulltime.
If we apply for PR, is this ok that she is on H4,but is working from home/office for a company based in India ?
will it be accepted?
thanks

u could be in a soup 'cause u cannot get any revenue on H-4 which means she is not taxable, logically it is a crime but if u r willing to take a chance ....

That's not the restriction. The INS don't care as long as you are not working for a
US entity (which means more than simply working for a US company) and the work you do
perform does not impact the US economy (sold in the US, or use parts from the US etc)
and does not take advantage from your being here (meaning they should hire an
American or set up a US office).
