Query re application processing timescale for family class appplication from UK

Could somebody with recent experience give me a rough idea of how long
it takes for a Family Class application to be processed at the moment?
I am being sponsored in a family class application. I am told that the
Canadian High Commission in London aim to process things within 6
months - does this sound accurate?

They attempt to process spousal applications in 6 months, but if you have
lived in a number of countries and an interview is required, it will take
longer.
